Expo has a team of experienced promoters all across Botswana and cover Namibia in Windhoek and Swakopmund. The Promoters have extensive knowledge of all sectors and know the trade customers by name.

Our Expo database allows for our staff to be chosen by experience, location, age and profile. Training and/or briefing sessions can take place before the activity if required and is done according to specifications provided. Our extensive experience within this market allows us to arrange your activity on the busiest retail or busiest wholesale trade days, thus ensuring the correct audience/target market for your promotion.

Supervision and timeous Reporting are of utmost importance to Expo and are done stringently during each promotion.

Reporting is done according to specific needs and would include:

  • Verified time sheets of each Promoter (signed off by store managers)
  • Details on the sales of the product range being promoted
  • Sales trends for competitor lines
  • Feedback on the success of each promotion, as well as other promotional activity in the same stores.

Our teams of supervisors are on the road regularly and also call stores on a daily or weekly basis to confirm each promoter’s whereabouts. Photographs of promoters are taken as required and submitted accordingly.

Our service includes drawing up a schedule for exposure throughout all possible outlets – according to target market, busiest periods and most importantly, within budget!

Reporting on the success of each event, as well as other required feedback, can also be offered.
